2009 Claremont Downtown Criterium (bike
races) (2010 updates should be some time in the spring)
Here is annual information for both help and participants
People who can either spend the whole day or can come for the
first part of the day or for the last few hours.
Setup help beginning around noon, setting up tents, tables and displays on
Pleasant Street, putting out 150 bales of hay and stringing caution tape.
Registration help; If you are familiar with the registration process cold use
help with registration throughout the day.
Coarse marshals(20); One of the most important things we need while the races
are going on are coarse marshals, to monitor pedestrian traffic. Just requires a
diligent watch over the pedestrian traffic at key points.
Kid's ride coordinator and assistant to help keep order or help with
registration.
Camera or photo person.
Could use a trophy presenter and help at the information and merchandise tables.
Clean up crew and help picking up the bales of hay after the event is finished.
